Our client bought this elegant, but very dated house in the heart of Chelsea. We obtained permissions to add a floor by converting the attic and extend the basement into the rear garden, which we lowered to increase the flow of light into the new extension. The final product was a bright contemporary scheme, complete with all modern comfort.
