We purchased a dilapidated late 1700 palazzo right on the sea in the village of Prcanj, bay of Kotor. We embarked on a two year extensive renovation program to bring the building with its garden, annex and pontoon back to 21st century life, aiming to preserve original features and character as much as possible. We imported materials and furniture from our suppliers in Holland, France, Belgium and Italy. We ended up with an elegant boutique hotel highly rated by visitors, guests and local market operators.
