We purchased a 200m2 apartment in an iconic 1960s building in a very sought after garden square in the center of Milan. We subdivided the space in three self-contained one bedroom flats, fully furnished and equipped for short term rentals. We used our experience from larger more international European cities to create a chic contemporary urban concept relatively new to Milan. We obtained a highly rewarding response from investors, tenants, market operators and contractors.
