Our clients had owned this apartment for several years as a rental investment. They asked us to modernize it in view of a sale. We rationalized the layout by moving the kitchen to the front of the property in a semi open plan solution and having all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms at the back. We redesigned bathrooms, wardrobes and bookcases. We advised on selection of materials and color schemes. The property sold very quickly after the renovation.
